We have a goal of owning a vacation home by each of our grandchildren so we can spoil them with frequent visits, gather our family without crowding their homes, and make wonderful memories together. We enjoy visiting family while checking on our investment homes. Our daughter's family moved away from Orlando last fall. As much as we love this home and would like to keep it, we no longer have family in Orlando.

This is a townhome on a quiet lane. There is a dedicated parking spot (and extra spots) in front of the small front yard (that is maintained by the HOA) with a covered porch. The backyard is a covered lanai, private splash pool and decking within a screened porch. A small lawn area, walkway, and view of a bougainvillea hedge and palm trees is beyond the porch gate. There are walls between the units which allows for more privacy than other areas of the STR resort.
