Beautiful beach front property 20 miles away from Flores. The property is listed on short term rental sites and generates around $24,000 per year, a 11% return on the asking price. This is a very safe area of the lake, and the village is super quaint. Tourism has been increasing each year (I bought in 2012), and the little village has been growing too. There is power at the property and four solar panels are installed on the roof but not connected. Water is pumped from the lake with a 3 horse power pump into a 250 gallon tank.
