FSBO's need attorney representation

Erica Muller Orlando, FL

I strongly believe that if you're selling a vacation rental by owner and you're not using an agent, at the very least you should have an attorney reviewing all of your legal contracts. Does anyone disagree or have experience doing the opposite?

Depending on the state....West Coast sue happy states with over-regulation, definitely want and attorney. In Latin American countries you can do with an agent but an attorney is a must!

I agree. Most Real Estate related lawsuits involve For Sale by Owner transactions. There are so many rules and regulations to know. I am currently buying a FSBO myself and I am guiding him thru the process.
